Fenster, Esquire
Notification — Receipt of Document, Project ID Number: 1004610, Henderson Inert Fill, Adams County, Colorado
Page 2
You are entitled to two meetings with us that are non - billable for this project. The meetings can occur any
time prior to your submittal and/or during the review process. We strongly encourage you to contact your
project manager to arrange for and take advantage of these meetings. We have had great success working
with applicants during these meetings, which typically result in expedited reviews and more effective
communication.
Attached is the 30 -Hour Billable Time Notification Waiver /Cease -Work Notice (the Form). If we do not receive a completed and signed Form,
we will notify you, in writing, when thirty (30) hours of billable time have accumulated on this project.
At that time, we will inform you of the project's status and will continue to work on the project unless and
until specifically instructed in writing (via electronic mail or letter) to cease work on the project.
