That the Sheriff shall apply the proceeds of such sale as follows: <br />(a) <br />(b) <br />judgment; <br />(c) third, to pay Plaintiff the amount of any judge ents entered in this case, <br />including judgments'entered subsequent to this Order and interest accrued thereon <br />through the date of sale; and <br />(d) finally, to .pay any balance remaining into the registry of this Court to be <br />applied as this Court shall hereinafter direct. <br />6. • This Decree shall be a Writ of Special Execution and no levy need be made. Further, <br />the Plaintiff shall not be required to post a security bond or Sheriffs indemnity bond in connection <br />with such.sale. <br />7. Following said sale, the Sheriff shall execute and deliver a Certificate of Purchase to <br />the highest bidder at said sale, and cause said Certificate of Purchase to be recorded with the Clerk <br />and Recorder of Fremont County, Colorado. The Sheriff shall also snake. a report of said sale to this <br />Court as soon as possible thereafter.
