The haul route is' limited to that shown on the attached map. <br /> 2. Controlling fugative dust from all operations including stockpiles, roads and <br /> trucks is the responsibility of Rocky Mountain Constructors. Watering of <br /> roads and stockpiles shall be done on an as needed basis to prohibit an), visual <br /> fugative dust or material from leaving the excavated area or roads. Tlic: <br /> operator should contact the Air Quality Control Division of the Colorado State <br /> Department of Health to determine if an emmission permit is required. <br /> 3. Rocky Mountain ",Constructors shall inform Gary C. Davis, Chief of <br /> Environmental Planing and Compliance Section after excavation is complete <br /> and prior to the commencement of reclamation of the site. <br /> 4. hours of operation shall be limited to 7:00 A.M.- 5:00 P.M.. <br /> 5. The excavated are shall not exceed five (5) acres. <br /> 6. Rocky Mountain Constructors shall obtain a 110 permit from the Colorado <br /> Mined Land Reclamation Division. <br /> 7. This Temporary Use Permit shall be valid from the date of the issuance of <br /> the Permit and shall Icxpire 90 days after that date. No time extensions for this <br /> permit, or extensions of total area to be excavated (beyond the 5 acres <br /> t_ authorized by this permit), shall be permitted. <br /> 8. All excavation shall occur outside of the 100-year floodplain of Second <br /> Creek. <br />
