During the fall of 2012 staffing at the Terror Creek Loadout was changed from full -time to <br />an as needed basis. This was done primarily in response to market demand for the <br />specialty coal products available at the Terror Creek Loadout. While the mine is not being <br />placed into temporary cessation, this change is important and should be documented. <br />
