The <br />bond release application was found complete by this Division on February 19, 2013. The <br />applicant is requesting final Phase III bond release for 212.2 acres of reclaimed Irrigated Pasture <br />located southeast of the intersection of BB Road and 2700 Road. Phase III release for 4.5 acres <br />of reconstructed W 5th Avenue is also requested. The applicant is also seeking partial Phase II <br />bond release for 26.8 acres of reclaimed Irrigated Pasture located east of 2700 Road, both north <br />and south of BB Road. The surface ownership is Private, and the coal mined was Private. <br />We will contact you to advise you of the Division's required bond release inspection of the site as <br />soon as it has been scheduled.
