The application was submitted by CAM <br />Mining, LLC on May 11, 2012, for the Munger Canyon Mine. <br />Any person with an interest which may be adversely affected by the proposed decision may request a formal hearing <br />before the Mined Land Reclamation Board within 30 days of the first publication of this notice by the Division in the <br />The Daily Sentinel. <br />The underground mine is located approximately 18 miles North of Loma, Colorado. The permit area is further <br />described as follows: <br />Mine site: Portions of Sections 27, 28, 29, T7S, R102W, 6thP.M., all in Garfield county. <br />Rail Loadout: Portions of Section 34, T2N, R3W, the PM, in Mesa County. <br />Portions of Section 3, T1N, R3W, Ute PM, in Mesa County. <br />If you have any questions, please contact me. <br />Sincerely, <br />9 <br />Michael P.
