The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the Colorado
Revised Statutes, hereby issues notice that on January 28, 2013, a minor revision application (MR -124) to
the Colowyo Coal Mine, Permit No. C- 1981 -019, operated by Colowyo Coal Company L.P., 5731 State
Highway 13, Meeker, CO 81641 was considered complete for the purposes of filing. MR -124 updates the
as-built drawings for ponds in the East Pit (Ponds PD1, PD2, NTEP1, EP1, and EP2). These drawings are
contained in Attachment 5 within Volume 2E, Exhibit 7 of the Permit Application Package. All reviews
and comment periods as provided in the Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this
date of filing.
