SWEPI LP Well OW 8122
corresponding CBL amplitude and VDL response indicates a good bonding. This is seen across the R -4
seal. Overall good cement isolation exists in this interval.
Zone 2 - : 370ft — 1818ft: This interval is across the lead cement slurry. The flexural image map
indicates the presence of the light weight cement and hence hydraulic isolation exist. The interval
shows presence of liquid filled isolated channels at certain places which are not connected for
hydraulic migration.
Zone 3 - : Surface — 370ft: The flexural image map indicates the Top of Cement (TOC) at 370ft. Above
this depth there is water in the annulus to 270ft and then dry annulus to surface. The reduced
gamma ray response indicates the base of surface casing at @ 80ft.
Conclusions: The Isolation Scanner and conventional CBL -VDL logs indicate that cement bond is
present in the annulus behind the casing. Adequate bonding exists to isolate the production zone
and the saline water interval from the overlying water bearing intervals. The Top of Cement (TOC) is
at 370ft.
