Arrange with the Division for an on -site inspection of the exploration reclamation <br />If Blue Mountain Energy requests the above mentioned NOI to remain active, please submit a formal <br />letter requesting the expiration to be extended to a date when all activities will be completed, including <br />the reclamation. <br />X- 2008 - 230 -01 <br />A $4,316.00 bond is held for the project known as Deserado Exploration 2008 - Existing Lease located in <br />Sections 19 and 20, T3N, R101W of 6th P.M. in Rio Blanco County. 2 holes were permitted under the <br />authority of this NOI. The Division has yet to receive any reports in regards to this NOI. This NOI <br />expired June 1, 2011. <br />We ask that you consider the following: <br />1.
