Recently Mr. Berhan Keffelew, of your office, conducted an inspection of the site and approved a reduction in the surety bond amount. His inspection report is attached. Kiewit Infrastructure Co., formerly known as Kiewit Construction Company, is the owner of the property. Kiewit Infrastructure Co., on behalf of its affiliated operating company, Kiewit Western Co., hereby requests a reduction of our surety bond amount. We currently have two bonds in place. They are numbers and Mr. Keffelew's report authorizes a reduction from the current combined bond amount of $477,000 to a new amount of $200,000. Please approve the release of the smaller bond of $137,000 and also approve a reduction in the larger bond amount from $340,000 to $200,000. In anticipation of your approval, I requested a decrease rider to bond number 41S104745470 that reduces the surety amount to $200,000. It is attached for your records.
