2. USES PERMITTED:
A gravel extraction operation. including nil equipment as is normally necessary for a gravel
extraction operation. which shall include but not be limited to:
• Front -end loaders
• Scrapers
• Motor Graders
• Bulldozers
• Tracklces
• Tractor Trailers
• Tandem -axle end dumps
• Articulated haul trucks
• Water Trucks
• Wet and Dry Screening Plant
• Crushers
• Portable Belt Conveyor
• Concrete Retch Plant
• Asphalt Plant
No mining or quarry operations shall be permitted on the 42 acre access parcel.
3. LOCATION OF PERMITTED USE: A 15 acre parcel located in the NE 1/4 , Section 32,
'township 2 North, Range 76 west of the 6 P.M., Grand County Colorado, as further described on
attached Exhibit "A ".
4. IIEGINNING DATE OF THE PERMIT: January 26, 2013
ENDING DATE OF PERMIT: Life of the operation under the current
Permittee
5. CONDITIONS OF THE PERMIT:

The permitted operations shall be twelve (12) months a year. Prior to the Permittee crushing
during the winter mouths (November 1 through March 31), the Pennittee shell notify the
Department of Planning and Zoning as to when crushing operations will occur.
Days and hours of operation shell be Monday through Saturday 7:00 a.tn. to 7:00 p.m.
There is no restriction of hours or days on maintenance of equipment.

Pennittee shall construct a berm on the west side of the permitted property. Once the berm is in
place and the quarry is operational, no sky lining of equipment or structures shall be allowed.
The Pennittee shall revegetate the berm by October 1, 2010, and then yearly thereafter by
October 1. until vegetation is established.
Fencing:
All fencing shall be compliant with Colorado Division of Wildlife friendly fencing practices.

Pennittee shall not allow noise and dust to create a nuisance to adjoining properties. Dust shall
be controlled on the site at all times, as stated within the fugitive dust plan on file with the
Department of Planning and Zoning. Permittee shell comply with all applicable County, State and
Federal laws relating to dust or other air pollution.
