The remainder of the access road has been reclaimed. Although vegetation was fairly sparse on the south-facing
reclaimed road,this was also true on adjacent undisturbed land. There was no evidence of any erosion.

Vegetation at the site was dormant.No problems were identified.
SIGNS AND MARKERS —Rule 4.02:
Mine ID signs were updated by the end of the inspection to show the current telephone number and address of
NECC.
Permit boundary markers were in place and clearly visible.
