Stover & <br />Associates, Inc. on behalf of Bowie Resources, LLC (BRL) for the Bowie No. 2 Mine permit. The <br />report included all of the information required by Rule 4.07.3, with the following exception: <br />Rule 4.07.3(3)(h) requires submittal of the name of the drilling contractor and license number <br />of the drill and rig. BRL provided the name of the contractor but did not include the license <br />number.
