The Division finds the 2011 Annual Reclamation Report in compliance of the following Rules: • Rule 2.04.13(1) - The ARR was received on time. • Rule 2.04.13(l)(a) - The cover of the ARR includes the name of the permittee, the address, and the permit number. • Rule 2.04.13(1)(b) - No additional acres were disturbed during calendar year 2011. • Rule 2.04.13(l)(c) - No disturbed acres were backfilled during calendar year 2011. • Rule 2.04.13(l)(d) - No disturbed acres were topsoiled during calendar year 2011. • Rule 2.04.13(1)(e) - No disturbed acres were revegetated during calendar year 2011. • Rule 2.04.13(1)(f) - The location and dates of planting for all previously revegetated areas is illustrated on Exhibit 2 of the ARR. Rule 2.04.13(2) - The following additional monitoring information was provided: bond release summary (Exhibit 1), affected area summary, topsoiled acreage summary, reclaimed lands disposition summary, and a description of the 2011 maintenance.
