The
purpose of the revision is to clarify the mining plan to allow flexibility in obtaining construction materials
to meet various needs and specifications within the permitted area. The provided maps will show that
we have eliminated any reference to phased mining on this land. The approach will now be to locate our
mining where we can find the most usable aggregate. The disturbed acreage and the reclamation
practices will remain unchanged except that the reclamation will be conducted where needed rather
than in proposed phases as was previously shown.
We appreciate your assistance with this revision.
Robert P Mangone
Vice President
Rocky Mountain Materials & Asphalt, Inc
TcLI /A1
RECEIVED
2013
Division of Reclamation,
Mining & Safety
Phone 473 -3100 • Fax 473 -3109 /
