Field Activities and Hydrogeologic <br />Conditions <br />Per your request, we have prepared a summary of the field activities and hydrogeologic <br />conditions observed at the GCC Rio Grande, Inc. property in Pueblo County, Colorado. <br />Drilling and Well Construction <br />Drilling and aquifer testing activities were conducted at the site from September 9, 2002 through <br />January 11, 2003. During this period one Dakota production well (DW -1), two Dakota <br />monitoring wells and two Cheyenne monitoring wells were installed (see Figure 1). The well <br />construction details are presented on Table 1. <br />Table 1 <br />Summary of Well Construction Details <br />The well permits and Well Completion and Test Reports are presented in Attachment A. The <br />monitoring wells were installed under a Notice of Intent to Construct Monitoring Holes. <br />
