STATE OF COLORADO, <br />County of Pueblo, )) ss. <br />The Board of County Commissioners met in <br />session in its <br />office in Pueblo County, Colorado, on Thursday the 12th <br />day of <br />AlWtlsc A. D. 99 , at 10:00 <br />o'clock. <br />Present: <br />Chairman. <br />County Commissioner. <br />County Commissioner. <br />County Attorney. <br />It <br />County Clerk or Deputy. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 15 (Continued) <br />Regular <br />%I/hen the following proceedings, among others, were had and done, co-wit: <br />Section 12: Additional Remedies <br />The remedies provided in this Ordinance shall be cumulative and in addition to <br />any other remedies which may be available to the County and its Board. Nothing <br />contained herein shall be construed to preclude the Board from seeking such other <br />remedies in addition to, or in lieu of, the remedies granted herein. <br />Section 13: Safety Clause <br />The Board hereby finds, determines and declares that this Ordinance is necessary <br />for the health, safety, and welfare of the citizens of Pueblo- County, Colorado. <br />Section 14: Severtbility Clause <br />If any section, subsection, clause or phrase of this Ordinance is, for any reason, <br />held to be invalid, such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining <br />portions of this Ordinance. <br />Section 15: Publication and Effective Date <br />The foregoing text is the authentic text of Pueblo County Ordinance No. 15. <br />The first reading of said Ordinance took plat.: oa June 3, 1999. It was published <br />in full in the Pueblo Chieftain on June 17, 1999. <br />It was adopted, with six (6) amendments. on .august 12, 1999, and is to be <br />republished by title, with the full text of all amendments, in the Pueblo Chieftain on <br />August 13, 1999, and shall take effect and be :n force thirty (30) days from this <br />republication date. <br />10 <br />
