pesticide applicators to keep a record of all restricted use applications. If a <br />commercial applicator applies a pesticide, the CDA requires that applicator maintain <br />records of both general use and restricted use pesticides. Records must be retained <br />by the applicator for two (2) years from the date of application. The required <br />information must be recorded within 14 days following the pesticide application. <br />Record keeping books are available through the Environmental and Pesticide <br />Education Office of Colorado State University.
