RE: SR - 13A Mine Permit Release of Reclaimed Acreage, Permit No. M- 1977 -311
With this letter Cotter Corporation is requesting release from reclamation liability of 3.81
acres of the previously affected area associated with the SR -13A Mine Permit, M -1977-
311, as shown on the attached drawing. Cotter Corporation believes that all of the
Reclamation Plan Requirements for the affected areas associated with this request have
been satisfied in accordance with the Mineral Rules and Regulations of the Colorado
Mined Land Reclamation Board for Hard Rock, Metal, and Designated Mining
Operations.
The U. S. Department of Energy is the administrator of the affected lands, and the
Bureau of Land Management is the owner of record of the affected lands associated with
the SR -13A Mine Permit.
