Pineda <br />Director <br />The Division has received a copy of the 2012 Annual Reclamation Report for Coal Ridge No. 1 Mine on January 17, <br />2013. The Coal Ridge No. 1 Mine has been reclaimed and has been granted a Phase II Bond Releast on 38.4 of the 45.2 <br />disturbed acres. The remaining 6.8 acres are in long -term mining and reclamation facilities. As the cover letter st ates, <br />there was an unapproved collection ditch contructed and reclaimed during the year 2012. The disturbance cause from the <br />unapproved collection ditch and reclamation activities is estimated to be less than 0.1 acres. Weed spraying has occurred <br />throughout the year. <br />The Division does not have any questsions regarding the 2012 Annual Reclamation Report for the Coal Ridge No. 1 <br />Mine.
