This request was made through the following <br />correspondence presented to the Division by the Climax Mine. <br />"Re: Approval with Conditions: Climax Mine Crusher Adit Vent Raise Asbestos Disposal Shaft <br />Closure Plan ". Prepared by: Climax Molybdenum Company. Dated: February 1, 2013. Received: <br />February 1, 2013. <br />The Division approves the request to extend the closure deadline from September 1, 2013 to September 1, 2014. <br />Furthermore, the Division recognizes the fact that the Climax Mine has accepted all other conditions presented in <br />the Division's conditional approval letter dated January 8, 2013. <br />Note that the Department is authorized to bill for its review of technical submittals pursuant to Section 1.7 of the <br />Regulations Pertaining to Solid Waste Sites and Facilities (6 CCR 1007 -2). An invoice for the Division's review <br />of the above referenced documents will be transmitted under separate cover.
