Pineda <br />Director <br />RE: Williams Fork Mines (Permit C- 1981 -044) <br />Williams Fork Mines 4th Quarter 2012 DMR Submittal <br />Mr. Nettleton <br />The Division has completed its review of Williams Fork Mine's forth quarter discharge monitoring report of 2012 and <br />finds it in compliance of the following rules: <br />Rule 4.05. 131(2)(a)(1) — samples were measured accurately with quantity and quality recorded. <br />Rule 4.05.13(2)(a)(ii) — One indication of noncompliance with the permit condition or applicable standards occurred. A <br />written notice of an exceedance within the forth quarter discharge monitoring report of 2012 was noted.
