As you will recall, they originally <br />submitted as -built details for Pond NHN -001 under MR -02. During our review, we discovered that the <br />modifications made during construction would be more appropriately handled through the TR process. We <br />issued a preliminary adequacy review under MR -02 on December 17, 2012 and requested that MR -02 be <br />withdrawn and that an application for TR -01 be submitted. <br />We received the TR -01 application on January 28, and I called it complete on February 5, 2013. 1 would like to <br />request your assistance with reviewing the surface water hydrology aspects of TR -01. The due date for our PAR <br />is Thursday, March 7. If you could have your comments to me by Monday, March 4, that would be great. <br />believe that two copies of the TR -01 application were mailed to the Denver office by WFC, and the MR -02 file <br />should still be available there, too. (You will need to refer to some of the items in MR -02 as you conduct your <br />review.
