Four ponds; loadout pond #1, loadout pond 42, pond 44, and pond 45, are permitted <br />under the Southfield permit. The ponds were inspected on December 18, 2012. Energy Fuels Coal, Inc. <br />provided additional observations or notes at the bottom of the report forms. <br />Energy Fuels Coal, Inc. provided additional information regarding repair to the gated valve on pond 1L at <br />the load out. Energy Fuels anticipated that the repair would be completed by January 10, 2013. Energy <br />Fuels Fourth Quarter Pond report documented that debris had been cleaned from the inlet and outlet of <br />Pond 1L principal spillway. <br />These reports are in compliance with Rule 4.05.9(15) and Rule 4.05.9(17). The Division will confirm the <br />maintenance and repairs during an on -site inspection.
