The report was dated <br />4 January 2013 and received by the Division on 7 January 2013. Thank you for your timely submittal of this <br />report. The Terror Creek Loadout did not have any pond discharges during the 2012 water reporting year and no <br />surface or ground water monitoring was conducted or required. The Division does not have any comments or <br />questions regarding the Terror Creek Loadout's 2012 Annual Hydrology Report. Please let me know if you have <br />any questions or comments.
