This addition to the Williams Fork
Mines PAP has been developed at the request of the CDRMS, to provide historic documentation relative to the
origin, remediation activities, and status of the underground mine burn and the associated investigations and
control activities.
The revision includes a brief description and reference to the burn and associated control activities in Section
2.04.3, Site Description and land Use Information, and creates a new exhibit to include recent and future project
information. Given that the Wise Hill AML Project involves a pre -law area and disturbance, and that all associated
activities are being conducted by the CDRMS -AML Program, this disturbance and associated activities do not
represent a "mining and reclamation" activity for which MCM has any permitting or legal obligation or liability,
therefore, no additional bond is required as a result of this Minor Revision. As previously noted, this Minor
Revision is being submitted at the CDRMS's request to provide for inclusion of relevant historical
documentation in the Williams Fork Mines PAP.
We appreciate your consideration and cooperation in reviewing this submittal. Please feel free to contact me at
with any questions, or to discuss related matters.
Best regards,
for Moffat Cou
ing, LLC
Jerry .
