R n P Enterprises — Taylor Pit <br />Exhibit "C" <br />Mining Plan <br />A) 9.98 acres phase I, to begin summer spring 2013 and run until 2043 or until <br />mineral deposits are depleted. <br />B) Mining operations will consist of 6" — 12" of topsoil to be removed and stockpiled <br />2' — 4' of overburden to be removed and used in reclamation of slopes gravel to <br />be mined and processed on site. <br />C) 2 feet — 6 feet of overburden/topsoil will be removed to expose limestone deposit. <br />D) 25 - 35 feet of limestone to be mined at site. <br />E) 9.98 acres <br />F) Approximately 700' X 400' of disturbance. <br />G) An access road will be built into the site see exhibit "A" for the description. <br />H) Approximately 48,000 gallons of water per year will be used for dust suppression <br />and will be hauled into the site. <br />I) No ground water is expected on site. <br />J) No injury to existing water rights is expected. <br />K) No acid or toxic producing materials are expected to be encountered, if so they <br />will be dealt with appropriately as to insure the protection of ground water. <br />L) Site will be delineated by surrounding with silt fence and berms to protect offsite <br />areas. <br />M) Products will be processed on site with crushing and screening equipment, no <br />chemicals will be used in processing. 1 <br />
