I forgot to ask earlier, but <br />please forward me blank DMRs in digital form (use bwatterson @peabodyenergy.com). I have put together a new DMR for the <br />new metal parameters for now. <br />Outfall 022A/022X (site 1 SP) flowed during each week of October. Site 003A/003X did not flow this month because the <br />dewatering pump was not operating. No other Outfalls flowed in October. <br />During November, Outfall 022A/022X, as well as Outfall 003A/003X (Site 5D) flowed each week of the month. No other <br />Outfalls flowed. <br />Outfalls, 004A, 007A, 009A, 011A, 012A, 013A, 014A, 015A, 016A, 017A, 018A, 019A, 020A, 021A, 023A, and 024A/024X, <br />along with Site 3001, did not discharge during this period. In order to reduce the amount of paper work, the following <br />certification will be substituted for the actual DMR forms to cover the outfalls, which did not discharge. <br />C--ns \--oq <br />�{ <br />During December Outfa11022A/022X flowed the first and third weeks of the month. Outfall 003A/003X flowed the third and <br />fourth weeks of the month. No other Outfalls flowed. Note that Outfall 022A had an exceedance for 30 day average of TR iron <br />(at 1.05 mg /L as opposed to the 30 day average limit of 1.0). 022A subsequently stopped flowing in December and has not <br />flowed to date. <br />1 certify under penalty of law that I have personally examined and am familiar with the information submitted herein; and <br />based on my inquiry of those individuals responsible for obtaining the information, I believe the submitted information is <br />true, accurate, and complete. 1 am aware that there are significant penalties for submitting false information, including the <br />possibility of fine and imprisonment.
