This SWSP proposes to replace depletions which occur at the Howe Pit, Riverbend West Pit (aka Riverbend Operations), and the Riverbend East Pit (aka Lupton Lakes Pit) as identified above. The WY 2012 SWSP was submitted and operated by MMM's predecessor, Lafarge West, Inc. and was approved by our office on November 16, 2011 with an expiration date of October 31, 2012. During WY 2012, Lafarge transferred operations of the three gravel pits to MMM. The required fee of $771 ($257x3) has been submitted (receipt no. 3657408). Plan Operation This combined SWSP covers depletions at three gravel pits as shown on Figure 1 and as listed Lining was approved on August 1, 2006 for Howe Pit. Denver Water will be responsible for replacement of evaporative depletions at the Howe Pit site from any unlined lakes 2 Area exposed under the Fort Lupton Pit, M -1985 -088 but incorporated by the Riverbend West M- 2000 -016 3 Existing permit is only for area historically covered by M- 1985 -088. Prior to expansion of that area to cover full extent of M- 2000 -016 a new well permit (and new 600 -ft spacing evaluation) is required.
