Our goal is tb ensure that all min operators are operating within <br /> their permitted areas and that all disturbed areas are adequately bonded for <br /> reclamation. Enclosed are the photographs taken on _ /Gt199 3 <br /> Please review the photographs and indicate to us whether your operation has <br /> been properly photographed. If so, use a red marker to highlight the <br /> permitted area, and if appropriate, phases of the operation which are <br /> currently bonded. In addition, we request your cooperation in determining the <br /> number of acres currently disturbed, the number of acres currently bonded, and <br /> the number of acres released from reclamation responsibility by the Division. <br /> We apologize for the delay in sending the photos to you. However, your <br /> cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.
