The <br />permit for the Fruita Loadout was approved during the first quarter of 2012, however <br />construction of the loadout has been delayed. The loadout will be constructed after the <br />McClane Canyon Mine obtains a coal sales contract or after another mine expresses an <br />interest is using the loadout.
