BASIS OF BEARING
Bearings are based on the South line of the southeast quarter of Section 35,
Township 6 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M. which is considered to bear South
89 ° 06'31" West. Monumented at the points of termination of said line by a 3 1/4"
alloy cap on No.6 rebar by PLS No. 22098, the west end point being set in 1992,
and the east point being set in 2004 as per the monument record.
