Beginning at the South Quarter Corner of sold Section
4, as monumented by a 30 inch long No. 6 rebar pin
with a 3% inch aluminum cap set by PLS No. 22583,
thence N 0722'35' E along the west line of said 5E% a
distance of 659.00 feet; thence S 89'25'34' E a
distance of 660.00 feet; thence S 00'22'35' W a
distance of 659 00 feet to a point on the south Ilne of
said 56%; thence N 89'25'34" W along said south line
a distance of 660.00 feet to the True Point of
Beginning, containing 9 99 acres, more or less.
