(1) The mud pit has been backfilled, graded and covered with topsoil.
(2) The drill pad and the associated access road have been graded and covered with the
available decomposed granite and any topsoil that could be utilized.
(3) Three water tanks have been removed from the site and returned to a location inside
the Gold Hill Mill permit boundary;
(4) The waterlines have been removed and collected for transport to a location inside the
Gold Hill Mill permit boundary.
The only remaining reclamation task that needs to be completed is seeding the disturbed
area associated with drill site three. This will be completed in the early spring as soon as weather
permits. I would like to request that majority of the amount of the bond in place for this NOI be
released to Gold Hill Mines, Inc., since it will probably cost less than $2,000.00 to complete the
reseeding of this site.
Thank you for your assistance with NOI and your patience while this peculiar situation was
sorted out in Boulder County District Court.
Very Truly Yours,
Mark A.
