The Morgan property has <br />always been one of the nicer and most productive farms in this area. The Morgan farm has <br />always been historically irrigated and cropped and has been considered as prime Permit Revision number 6 `Board Ordered" Western Fuels to return all of the Morgan property <br />to prime farmland standards. NRCS has unanimously stated that all of the Morgan mined was Prime Farmland.
