This is all done in layers and the <br />layers are place, the layers are watered down with the pit water. This is not diluted down water <br />which the CCC ditch is mixed with this to dilute it down. This is straight pit water of which is <br />pumped into a yellow holding tank and then put right into the water truck. You have been sent <br />many pictures of all of this and many pictures of the meters which I will re- submit. <br />You also have pictures of the Williams Truck that was used to do the HYDRO- SEEDING of the <br />Morgan stockpiles and you were given the information because the Williams water truck driver <br />which was the Williams' dad is the one who drove the truck and he filled his truck up to do this <br />hydro - seeding from the yellow storage tank. They hydro- seeded these stockpiles with <br />STRAIGHT pit water. They used straight pit water for 8 years for dust control, watering EACH <br />stockpile. When the weather was really dry, they had to even re -do the "A" lift and the "B" lift <br />because they were not complete as was the mixed lift. <br />If DRMS had really done a thorough inspection even in the several months when they were doing <br />New Horizon North, they would have witnessed all of this. They brought another tanker in as <br />also was reported to YOU. THIS tanker also was place right next to the yellow storage tank on <br />our property. This TANKER also was FILLED DIRECTLY WITH OUR PIT WATER. This <br />PIT WATER was then HAULED across to New Horizon North and as they were doing THEIR <br />own topsoil layers and stockpiling, this PIT WATER was used continuously to do this with. <br />Many Many people witnessed this because they just drove out to see what was going on. Why <br />don't you get the facts instead of trying to get Mr. DeJoia to give a one sided conversation and <br />where WFC talks out of both sides of their mouths. This was done for days. It is all stockpiled <br />now and the propertyt has been completely ripped and the equipment has been moved. But, I can <br />show you, even with my binoculars, you can stand right here at my house and WATCH all the <br />goins on of NEW HORIZON NORTH. But, Michael., as well as many others drove out there <br />very often al. to watch. And I drove past it everyday when I took Rynn for a drive. <br />This could have been easily witnessed by the State, if they were really trying to gather facts. <br />
