No precipitation was experienced. The ground was 100% covered with snow. <br /> At the east entrance (from the Oak Creek valley and Highway 131), access to the mine site was not possible by <br /> vehicle. Access was not made by snowshoe due to impending night. The gate for this access road was open. <br /> The site was observed from afar from a turn-off on County Road 27 (20-Mile Road). <br /> GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLANCE: <br /> The mine was found to be in general compliance with the permit. <br /> RECLAMATION SUCCESS-Rule 4.15,Rule 3: <br /> The terraces in West Ridge were observed and no problems seen. Reclamation site-wide appeared to be in good <br /> shape;no gullies were seen. <br /> SIGNS AND MARKERS—Rule 4.02: <br /> The entrance sign at the east entrance was observed and found to be in compliance. <br /> ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS/COMPLIANCE <br /> No enforcement actions were taken as a result of this inspection, and none are pending. <br /> Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 5 <br /> Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 2 <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br />
