Pineda <br /> <br />Director <br />29515 Routt County Road #27 <br /> <br />Oak Creek, CO 84067 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RE: Twentymile Coal Company, Permit C-82-056 <br /> Fourth Quarter 2012 Sediment Pond Inspection Report Review <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Watterson: <br /> <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (CDRMS) has reviewed and found the <br />above referenced report to be in compliance with the following CDRMS regulation: <br /> <br />4.05.9(17) – Examined at least quarterly by a qualified person designated by the operator, for <br /> appearance of structural weakness and other hazardous conditions. <br /> <br />4.05.9(17) – A copy of the report shall be submitted to the Division on a quarterly basis. <br /> <br />The fourth quarter sediment pond inspection reports were received by the Division on 18 January 2013. <br />ththth <br />Sediment pond inspections were conducted by TCC during on the 4, 20, and 27 of December 2012. <br /> <br />It is noted that no maintenance items were required or conducted, with the exception of vault flush <br />needed at Waste Water Treatment Pond #1 and reactivation of aerator needed at Waste Water Treatment <br />Pond #2. <br /> <br />If you have any questions feel free to contact me.
