Compliance With Mine Plan NA - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> N -Other NA - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> R -Processing Waste N -Topsoil <br /> COMMENTS <br /> This was a partial coal inspection conducted by Jason Musick of CDRMS. Brian Watterson of Twentymile Coal <br /> accompanied the inspection. The weather was clear and cold with substaintail snow cover throughout the mine <br /> site. This partial inspection focused on the reticently approved activites associated with the seismic work <br /> approved in MR365. There was one coal train entering the site at the time of the inspection. The longwall was ain <br /> teh the 14LT inby panel. <br /> HYDROLOGIC BALANCE -Rule 4.05 <br /> Drainage Control 4.05.1,4.05.2,4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5,4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7,4.05.10; <br /> Diversions 4.05.4;Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; <br /> Drainage —Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8;Impoundments 4.05.6,4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br /> The area of Haul Road A and the Pond B access was observed. This area is in a know spot in which run-off from <br /> Haul Road A creates small areas of erosion that may by-pass the Pond B sump and Pond B. TC has maintained <br /> this area and no signs of erosion or run-off outside of the sump was noted. <br /> GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLANCE: <br /> Seismic work was approved in Minor Revision No. 365. No disturbance was approved with this revision and no <br /> bond was required. The initial seismic activities were observed during this inspection. TC contractors were on <br /> site along Routt County Road(RCR) 37. Seismic Lines and geophones were in place along the road as permitted. <br /> A "thump"truck was in the process of hammering the ground on RCR 37.
