ANNUAL REPORT <br />Operator: Oldcastle SW Group, Inc. dba United Companies of Mesa <br />County <br />Location: Ready Mix Pit <br />File Number: M- 1977 -023 <br />Anniversary Date: January 23, 2013 <br />Location was active this past report yr. Crusher made one appearance to <br />replenish aggregate stockpiles. No additional ground was disturbed. <br />General pit cleanup did occur summer of 2012. Activities for next report <br />period will depend on company projects and aggregate sales. Next mining - <br />crushing event will deepen existing disturbed area. Weed management <br />continues here with a minimum of two visits a year. <br />
