I am a Certified Professional Soil Scientist (CPSS), Certified Professional Agronomist (CPAg),
and a Certified Crop Advisor (CCA). I have 13 years of experience in evaluating, managing, and
reclaiming saline and sodic soils. During my professional career I have evaluated water quality
in relation to agricultural use. I have also authored presentations, posters, and white papers
assessing the impacts of using low-quality water for irrigation use and that waters effects on soil
and plant productivity.
I have been to the New Horizon Mine multiple times to conduct intensive soil sampling and
analysis programs. I have described native soil pedons onportions of the Morgan Property. I
have intensively sampled the soil stockpiles. Upon review of all of the soil data available
regarding the Morgan Property I have created an Order 1 soil survey of the Morgan Property and
reviewed the soil stockpile chemical and physical data in regards to reclamation potential.
14
{00136879.1 }
