Compliance With Mine Plan N - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> NA -Other NA - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> Y -Processing Waste N -Topsoil <br /> COMMENTS <br /> This was an aerial inspection of the Munger Canyon Mine conducted by Harry Ranney of the Division of <br /> Reclamation,Mining and Safety(DRMS). Aerial photographs were taken on January 17,2013 at approximately <br /> 11:31 a.m. Seven photographs were taken during the flyover. Mike Boulay of the DRMS reviewed the aerial <br /> photographs. The entire mine site was snow covered. Weather conditions appeared to be clear and sunny at the <br /> time of the flight. <br /> RECLAMATION SUCCESS -Rule 4.15,Rule 3: <br /> The reclaimed portal bench access road and backfilled portal areas are visible in the photographs. Photo No. 1 <br /> shows the portal bench and backfill area. The waste disposal area,cover soil pile,sediment pond, and topsoil pile <br /> are also visible in the photographs(see Photo No.2).There is no activity discernible in any of the site photos.
