Compliance With Mine Plan NA - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> NA -Other NA - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> Y -Processing Waste N -Topsoil <br /> COMMENTS <br /> This was an aerial inspection of the Roadside Portals Mine conducted by Harry Ranney of the Division of <br /> Reclamation,Mining and Safety(DRMS). Aerial photographs were taken on January 17,2013 at 12:32 p.m.Mike <br /> Boulay of the DRMS reviewed the aerial photographs. Weather conditions appear to be clear and sunny at the <br /> time of the flight,and ground conditions were mostly snow covered. Seven photographs were taken during the <br /> flyover. The South Portals area including the RSRDA,the CRDA waste disposal sites(CRDA-1 and CRDA-2) <br /> and the North Portal area are all shown in the photographs. Reclaimed sediment ponds 6, 10, 11,and 13 are also <br /> clearly visible. There was no activity discernible in the photographs. <br /> SUPPORT FACILITIES -Rule 4.04: <br /> The South Portals area is shown in attached Photograph No. 1. The reclaimed South Portals and the Roadside <br /> South Refuse Disposal Area can be seen in the photo. The refuse disposal area remains very stable and properly <br /> maintained. <br /> The North Portal area is shown in Photo No. 2. The permanent West and East Diversion Ditches,permanent <br /> Ditches D-D7 through D-D13, and reclaimed Pond 13 are the prominent features visible in the photo. This <br /> recently reclaimed area of the mine site remains stable and in good condition.
