We are currently permitted to disturb up to 60 acres and we would like to request the ability to
disturb up to 80 acres.
Operations are currently taking place in the western portion Cell 4 of our mining plan. In order to
continue to dredge with the drag line, further stripping of overburden needs to take place to the east of
the current pit in order to maneuver the equipment effectively. This area is within our affected acreage
and our permit boundary.
Further, we would like to propose an increase of our reclamation bond to cover the additional disturbed
acreage at the rate of $6,091 per acre or $121,820.
Thank you for your consideration and please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions.
Everist Materials, LLC
nna opkins
vironmental Per
g Coordinator
r N 2013
✓Ei•ro r ..1 ;reclamation,
Wia g & Safety
