For
your convenience, data from the last four quarters are also included in Table 1 as an attachment.
Water sampling was conducted on October 10- 11/2012 and on December 11, 2012 (for CEM -
005). No exceedances were found. Water samples were collected from CEM -001, CEM -004
wells, and from the C -Pit ponded water. CEM 005 did not produce any water.
The C -Pit ponded water and well groundwater samples taken were analyzed for pH, chloride,
sulfate, dissolved solids, dissolved selenium and dissolved thallium. The samples were analyzed
for pH at the time of collection; this value is reported instead of the laboratory value due to hold
time changes that occur in pH values. Laboratory results summarized in Table 1 indicate that tr
analytes were within the target levels.
If there are any questions regarding the above information or the attachments, please contact me
at (303) 823 -2115.
