These so called fields were always tilled and harvested after 1987 when Mr. Morgan sold all the livestock and we became "CASH CROP" ONLY. We ALSO FERTILIZED EVERY YEAR!!! One of the gentlemen that signed the petition was working for coop in those EARLY EARLY years and he drove the fertilizer truck and even in 1987, he can tell you of all the alfalfa fields and corn and he did the fertilizing on these fields. And even prior to Mr. Morgan buying the property in 1959, it was always farmed, so Dejoia, YOU KNOW NOTHING AND YOUR ASSUMPTIONS AND BELIEFS CAN GO DOWN THE TUBE BECAUSE YOU DON'T EVEN BEGIN TO KNOW. You should have talked to us and got some REAL FACTS AND INFORMATION... READ YOUR RULES LAND USE IS NOT WHAT THE VEGETATION COVER IS MR. FALLOW KNOW IT ALL, IT IS WHAT THE LAND HAS ALWAYS BEEN USED FOR. It also states that farming is a seasonal land use and IF ANY PICTURES ARE TAKEN THEY NEED TO BE TAKEN DURING HARVESTING PLANTING, AND THE TIMES THE LAND SHOWS THE MOST PRODUCTION. These rules and regulations just became part of the LAW since 1977 when President Carter ordered them into law to protect the landowners from WESTERN FUELS and mining cornpanys just like them. They have thousands of dollars and deep pockets that they are able to throw away money and not even bat an eye and to hire such people as Dejoia and Dunker and pay them to say what they think and assume is nothing. I think you just made more enemies. I am going to take your statement that the CCC ditch is INEFFICIENT' IN TERMS OF IRRIGATION AND I AM ALSO GOING TO SUBMIT THIS RIDICULOUS ASSUMPTION OF YOUR TO NRCS AND SEE IF I can't acquire more backing for your lack of knowledge and your inexperience with our water system here. Morgan and the Morgan family who can go back to the day when it comes to the production of this farm since it was their sole income and neither Mr. Morgan nor Mrs. Morgan has worked off this ranch. They just aren't used to the backstabbing, two- faced, unreliable cheat and liars that accompany a coal lease and the hired guns that also come with it.
