Please revise the proposed <br />page to identify the correct locations of subsidence monitoring, or revise Map 23C to <br />include subsidence monitoring locations. <br />11. The introductions on Pages 2.05 -8 and 2.05 -10 currently identify the remaining Life of <br />Mine. Please revise the above mentioned pages 2.05 -163 to reflect the current <br />projected Life of Mine. <br />12. Page 2.05 -14 references Map 23A. There is currently no Map 23A approved in the <br />permit. Please revise page 2.05 -14 to reflect the correct referenced Map, or provide <br />a Map 23A for insertion into the permit. <br />13. Page 2.05 -17.1 identifies 2011 -2012 and 2012 developmental drilling locations as being <br />found on Map 24. Currently approved Map 24 does not identify and developmental <br />drilling locations. Please revise the text to identify the correct Map in which the drill <br />hole locations are identified or revise Map 24 to include development drill hole <br />locations as per the permit text. <br />14. Page 2.05 -66 contains information on the Haul Roads and Access Roads identified within <br />the permit. In addition Map 24A "Road Location and Classification ", is referenced as the <br />location to of Haul/Access Roads. The approved Map 24A is currently out of date. <br />Please revise Map 24C to reflect all approved road classifications and locations. <br />15. Map 30, "Road Profiles and Cross Sections" may require an update to reflect recent <br />revisions to road profiles through Technical Revision No. 80. Please revise Map 30 to <br />reflect any changes based on revised haul road profiles or cross sections. <br />16. Based on the PAP, TC is committed to conducting Pond surveys at Ponds B, C, D, E, F, <br />G, and T every 3 years, with 1999 being year number one. Based on the Division's <br />review, pond surveys were required to be conducted in 2004, 2007, 2010, and 2013. <br />These surveys are in addition to quarterly pond inspections. Please provide the Division <br />with the results of these inspections. If TC feels that the required inspections are no <br />longer required, please provide the Division with proper justification to omit such <br />survey commitments. <br />17. Pages 2.05 -128 and 131 lists the current NPDES permits associated with the Foidel Creek <br />Mine. Please revise the text to include all NPDES permits currently active at the <br />site. <br />18. Page 2.05 -129 states that all stream buffer zones will be identified on Map 29. No stream <br />buffer zones were identified on Map 29. Please revise the text to identify the correct <br />location of the stream buffer zones or revise Map 29 to reflect the currently <br />approved text. <br />
