COMMENTS
This was a complete inspection of the Keenesburg Mine conducted by Brock Bowles of the Colorado Division of
Reclamation, Mining and Safety. Donald MacDonald, Ben Moline and Danny Kipp of Coors Energy Company
were present for the inspection. Weather conditions were clear with no wind. There were some patchy melting
snow and the roads were dry and stable.
AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS—Rule 5.02.4(1):
All the mine records were accessible in the mine office. See the attached records checklist.

Ash was stacked in B-Pit ready for backfilling. The current lift in B-Pit is being backfilled from west to
east(photo 1).

Sediment Pond 2 was dry. There was a small amount of snow in the shadows of the trees (photo 2). The
overflow channel was free of obstructions. The west perimeter ditch was dry and free of obstructions(photo 3).
