2012 Mining and Recl. ation <br />2013 Annual Report <br />Permit No. M -1977 -140 <br />We have not done any mining within our permit area for three <br />years. The pond, (excavation area - 25+ acres), was released from <br />liability several years ago. <br />At present, the only affected areas, within our permit boundaries, <br />are the concrete plant and our gravel processing area, which we are <br />still operating. This amounts to approximately 4 to 5 acres and is <br />still being bonded. Final reclamation will be several years down <br />the road. <br />In 2010 and 2011, we removed several concrete bins and structures <br />that are still listed on our bond. These need to be taken off our <br />bond in the near future. <br />A copy of our current bond is enclosed. <br />
