CC &V continues to conduct <br />voluntary investigations into historic matters within its permit boundary and has <br />in the past and may in the future voluntarily move structures in advance of its <br />mining activities. <br />Please note that CC &V presently has under permit with DRMS 5,847 acres; the <br />MLE project permit application does not change this permitted acreage, it <br />remains 5,847 acres (exclusive of the Carlton Tunnel area which is unchanged <br />by the MLE application). CC &V presently has authorization under its issued <br />permit to affect 4,184.5 of the permitted acres; the MLE project permit <br />application does not change the amount of acreage to be affected, it remains <br />4,184.5 acres. <br />
